Global Experience
Edith Barnard is an award-winning speaker who operated her
own theater in Maine for 15 years, represented the United States
as a cultural ambassador to Greece, and sat on the board of the
Caribbean American Chamber of Commerce while living in Barbados.
A native Illinoisan, she returned in 2005 and is thrilled to roost at
her roots. She is a member of Peoria's Downtown Rotary and
sits on the boards of the Apollo Theatre and the Heart of Illinois
American Society of Trainers and Developers. She holds a Master's
Degree in Theater from the State University of New York and a
Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from the University of Illinois.
Based in Peoria, she continues to work worldwide.
